I was thinking today about maybe trying my hand at some short how-to videos - which would basically just be me showing you how I use my Holga. Perhaps how I tape it up, how I load and unload film, how I set up some of my shoots, or taking the video on the road with me & my Holga. I don't know if this is a good idea or not - what do you think?? The bigger question being - am I brave enough to do it? If I get enough support from you all I promise I will give it a shot :)

ReplyDeleteI am a lover of photography and have been taking an interest in lomography. I don't have a Holga but I do plan on purchasing one.
My photography professor has just let me borrow his and I can't wait to get some shots and develop them myself in my darkroom class.
I really love the idea of you doing how-to videos so hopefully that is something you can incorporate in this blog.
I don't have an extremely popular blog, it's a modest little piece of me but I would love to blog about you! Perhaps it could get you a bit more readers and I do have a couple of lovely blogger friends who have Holgas and also love lomography.

I would love to see more info on your process (ie step by step videos) but not sure if it would reveal too much of your secrets! Square Frog has a the basics covered with videos of how to load film etc. Was thinking more along the line of 'in the field' showing us shooting methods, if that's possible.
