Great title!

My interpretation of the ART is that you are a woman in crisis -- "How Will I Survive" -- identity crisis. Your head is wrapped in a shawl, implying you feel repressed by society's standards of modesty. In contrast, your shoulders are bare, showing your really want to be free. This conflict brings your hand to your throat, contemplating strangling yourself over the dilemma.
