It was my first time in paradise, and my Holga 's first time as well. We can't wait to go back.
We learned a few things along the way, like the Holga & film did not really enjoy humidity and neither does the foam under the spools. I had a few shots ruined due to wandering foam pieces!
Where is this beach?

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! After a few rolls with the wandering foam, I retired them. Now I just rely on the tubing to keep the film tension on.

ReplyDeleteI had the wandering foam once; just once. Now I remove it as soon as I initially load the camera and rely on the film box tab method of tension. However, a friend has had great success pulling his out and re-securing them with double side scrap booking tape.
